Payment options

You can order from our store using any of the payment methods offered. For orders with prepayment, the goods will only be dispatched once the invoice amount has been credited to our account. For all other payment methods, the goods will be dispatched on the following working day at the latest.

Invoice and VAT

You will receive a PDF invoice by email once payment has been received. Invoices within the EU include VAT. For orders outside the EU no VAT will be charged.

Refunds

Refunds on an order are always made to the payment medium that was used for the order. The refund will be made on the same day we receive the returned goods. In the case of payment by credit card, it may take up to 10 days before you see the credit on your credit card statement.
