Shipping costs

We offer free shipping within the EU for orders over €95. Under 95€ order value we charge 9€ shipping.

Within Europe (except EU) we always charge 9€

Outside Europe the shipping costs are always 19€

When will my order be delivered?

We will ship your order no later than the next working day or, in the case of prepayment, as soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our prepayment account. This means that the goods will arrive no later than 3 working days after you place your order. Normally after 1-2 days.

We ship all over the world with DHL Express, except to Germany with “normal” DHL.

What happens if I am not at home?

Since we use DHL Express, a very high-quality shipping service provider, you will be called if your delivery does not work at the first attempt.

How can I cancel my order?

Send us a message using the contact form, including your order number, and we will deal with your cancellation request immediately.
