Magped magnetic pedals are not equipped with a firm mechanical connection comparable to standard clipless pedals. The magnetic force is impacted by several factors e.g. magnet size, dirt, wear and direction of force applied. An unintended disconnection from the pedals is possible at any point of time.

Met all the expectations; for those who are not comfortable with SPD type of connection with the bike this is the solution, easy to disengage in multiple directions and pedal positions and yet holding your shoes to pedals firmly, I had no accidental disconnect situations. Pedals allows for lateral movement which is good for my knees and ankles … and the whole system is light.
Amazing product wasn’t sure if they would be ok as only size 36 shoe but they fit perfect ! Easy to get off feel safe
